STEHSUCKER, I concur on several points...and have a few questions for you:

1. Clients do strongly consider the financial soundness of a company when considering a contract!
I've worked in the Software/IT industry for years, and can witness to the fact that though, at one company, we had the absolute best superior software product we would still have clients, at times, that would choose the larger company (even though their product was inferior) due to this very reason. It's not to say that we didn't land other deals, but we DID lose deals because of this issue...until our financial situation improved and then the odds of our competitor winning deals over us significantly increased.
Therefore, at present, SunnComm has to work A LOT harder to land the deals and another reason why it was SO miraculous for them to have received the first major BMG to begin with. Gigantic Victory! (But note, our outstanding shares have doubled since then, and we now have the QTIG element too). Bottom-line, it is still an issue and probably one of the major reasons it has taken us SO long to land the 2nd major. So, hopefully management is working on resolving this important issue (my guess, at least some kind of line of credit or partnering...can't just keep printing shares, even with QTIG).

2. I also feel that obtaining the 3rd major will not be such a long process. If one more reflects commitment, confidence (in soundness) and preference in SunnComm, I think it would then be very easy for the 3rd (knowing that between BMG & the 2nd there would be significant revenue for the company to remain in business).

3. Why are you estimating next year to get to our 52 week high of this year? Don't you think we'll be able to at least get to .17-.19 with a 2 major announcement (which we universally agree should be short-coming ~smiles)?

I'm with you I have A LOT riding on this! And appreciate any posts that publically motivate Peter & Co. to accountability and getting our capitalization cleaned up (would love to see major Funds interested in us again) regardless if others chose to view it as doom & gloom talk.
Thanks!

P.S. Also, what about the 14 days shorting scenario you were talking about the other day? Are you expecting it to have any impact on the pps after 10/22?
