Probably! The docks know what it can do. They are just bound not to use it for other than indicated. Its a joke that can cause a liability on a doctor by using it as unprescribed

I know of eye Docs that use welding gasses inside the eye because it taks days/ weeks for the gas bubble to dissolve. Its a technique to repair a retinal detachment.
The gas was cheap as dirt untill the gas industry found out what these docs were using it for. Totaly unprescribed by the FDA. In fact they don't even have a clue. Its probably illegal in their eyes, but works and works wonderful. I bet there are doctors across this country with these gas canisters hidden in the back of their hospital lockers. Some things are just eaiser to do behind the FDA's back. Now the DVis is in the spot light and the FDA knows it will be used as it is inteneded. Its just a bitch to please those guys. Its eaiser to tell them what they want to hear and move on.
Sort of like Detriot putting speedometers in corvetts that only went to 80MPH, but you just bought a 350 HP car and like right an owner will only drive that fast.
Give me a break. Gives these docs a means to cut a 4 hour brain proceedure down to less than an hour, and it will be used! Who came up with that lame a$$ "Microwave In Use" sign posted in every resturant you walk into? The FDA.
watch the mess they are having down in the Gulf over oysters and the 15 people who die every year over eating those things. Hell, 100 people died alone today in car wrecks. The FDA cracks me up, and pisses me off they have so much power. Now they want to regulate free speach in product commercials.
