what i was saying reread what i said, lol of course it wont affect % ownership they are immune to r/s, they can issue the entire AS then r/s and hold the prefs alone and still own the whole pot btw do you know who is holding the prefs? what they convert at to common? etc etc. Bank on this if cornell is involved the AS is 6 bil for their protection definitly not the common holders.
