This E-bay seller has not rightfully purchased these urns from Eternal Image, Inc nor received permission to sell them. It is our opinion that this represents a gross infringement of our intellectual rights regarding our patents as well as potential infringement of U.S. trademark laws. Eternal Image, Inc. will act along with it's various licensors to prevent this theft of our mutual intellectual property rights.
