During the infamous CC DF declared that the first merger was off. Nev. OTCBB company agreed to stand down. No 1 for 10 shares. No OTCBB company. No Shell.

The new merger with RWE is supposed to be a better opportunity for BEHL.

We are waiting on finalized details.

Attorneys are working on merger contract. Attorneys should have 1st draft by mid this week.

Again we are waiting.
