Rather than try to bypass taxes, I'd like to see ships modified to process plastic out of the ocean. The pacific garbage patch has millions of tons of plastic, right? Without doing the math, I'd guess that single digit millions of tons equates to billions of dollars in oil just floating in the ocean...
