People doubting the tech rotation. I don't know if that is a good sign or a bad sign. It could be argued either way. I guess it is better to have people bearish and disbelieving, or else tech would be out of buyers. It does seem too obvious and bring some skepticism out in me. Right now I think the DOW is defining a bottom though, and will run with that theory until proven otherwise. Nasdaq already clearly defined bottom, trying to get going here if the Dow would just come and cooperate.

To know the truth, one must get rid of knowledge, as nothing is more powerful and creative than emptiness.
