...The reason for the small shares on the ask is that you are not able to sell short on a down tick...thus buy small at the ask to create an uptick then you can sell short.

Also, you can tell that insiders are not selling...the issues with the other stock that were pumped is that the insiders were selling and bringing down the market. Bryn insiders know the value of what they have...and are holding on.
