I have stated expressly that my aim is to make money on GEMM to then invest in CMKX. I figure if the shorts want to continue to play the waiting game and keep the price suppressed on CMKX through all the dividends, then I am going to make money on GEMM as they (IMO) will have to cover the GEMM dividends and then I can purchase MORE shares in CMKX. That's my GOAL. Whether it works or not only time will tell. In the mean time, I have 75M+ CMKX and that's plenty to make me happy. I just figureI can buy another 7-10M shares of CMKX now or I can roll the dice with GEMM for the next 60 days in anticipation of a runup come dividend distribution and possibly then buy 3-10x as much CMKX, depending on how GEMM works out. We'll see. As for Roger's job or any filing, I have never known the timeframe or what factors may speed it up/slow it down other than the usual legal, accounting and bureaucratic issues. Everything could fall into place tomorrow or much, much later. Who knows. I'll be here when it does. In the mean time, GEMM is a good hedge to me if this takes longer than anyone expects.
