Technically, he may not be doing anything illegal. They will pump and dump a stock for as long as they can. At the end of this cycle, investors begin to realize that the company is nothing more than a name at which point you see a reverse merger and a new company name. Very similar to what we see here with Zeng. Hmm interesting...
