Here is my take. I wouldn't sell your shares at these levels. Keep in mind that the company is far from done. I studied their 10q closely today and I might even be a buyer here down at 30 cents if it goes that low. At least for a trade.

BV is still at 1.50 today and they at least could get to break even on this rather horrible quarter. It all depends probably if you believe the CEO when he states that there were some projects delayed in showing up on the filing. If that is true I guess either Q4 or Q1 could be a nice surprise. Afterall they have money and they are still in negotiations with that other company either to aquire them or to get their money back.

But that said it could be dead money for a while now that's for sure. And it's a risky stock and always was of course.

All my opinion. Others maybe feel different.
