I think buying shares @ this level is probably a good
short term trade. I look for a some PR (mostly talk)
soon to try and run this up. The only problem is unless
it is movement on a loan or grant etc. this won't go too
high. But .001 gets a 100 percent return and if a PR has
some meat could go into the .002s or higher.
