Truth is, you can guesstimate all you want on what the pps will do under any given fundamental change --ie: FDA approval comes before, during or after RSDA. FDA approval postponed until ????? -- but nobody really knows what will happen.

Best to be able to be at computer regularly and check moment to moment.

Lacking that ability, you are at the mercy of the traders -- and I'm sure as of now, there are plenty of them.

When things happen, they will probably happen fast !!!!
