Robotoy!! PALL was just finishing the S8 they filed on 9/14 and they just issued another S8 on 10/18 for another 1.65 Billion shares.
Yes, they can still do another R/S for 1:150 shares.
BB land is weird. Market Makers have the ability to 'walk' a stock up and down (mostly down). However, in the meantime PALL's stock price can 'bounce' every now and then. If your timing is accurate, it is possible to make money. I would not be buying this position for long term capital gains. LOL
Make sure you set targets (in both directions - up & down) and don't be afraid to take your profit (or minimize your losses). GLTY
