IMO, someone or some-body is trying to keep it down and possibly accumulate at these low levels. I have never seen so much "small block" selling at the bid when it can clearly be seen that the pps is trying to rise. This is normally a sign of dilution but the blocks are too small for that to be the case.

As I've stated before, there is a ceiling of sellers above us from the previous runs where OWVI was doing over 100M daily for a couple weeks.

Patience is key; but it might take a little "buying-blitz" to get this going.
