LOL!!!!


All they can do here is match customer orders ehich means they are simply brokering a trade between two people while being unable to solicit sales by publishing a bid/ask.

So, how can they walk it down when all they can do is match customer orders with each other and they are not allowed to buy or sell for their own position?
