Ec that is one amazing piece of legal information you posted!!! I am speechless, really. Everything is spelled out clearly for the Judge. I could never be what Swift, Burg & co are, but man, I would REALLY hate to be in their seat right about now...hehehehe I LUV it!!! It is my humble opinion that Swift and Burg will certainly be sharing a cell with some not so nice men in the near future..!!! And all the money & assets they think they made off with, will be returned to the rightful owners
