started phasing in. the only trouble I am having is the regulation of nicotine. Tommorow I am starting with 10 cigs a day and going down 1 every three days until done with the real things ..during this I am going to accompany with the electronic cigarette to better understand the nicotine limitations of it.

Do you puff on the ecig like a regular cigarette duration wise?
