The one potential disaster left which while unlikely, is still possible. Paul coming home from Korea without a signed merger.
I felt it was the responsible thing to point this out to the board. I'm as excited as everyone else.
Just don't want someone going all in with money they can't afford to lose based on the assumption that
Paul in Korea equals a guarantied closed deal.
