When TARM gets listed to trade in Germany, will new issues be sold by the company or will they be tied to TARM.ob by currency exchange rate?

TARM volume is disappointing, indicating Chicago audience did not run out and buy based on the anecdotal conjectures presented. The best thing that could come out of the meetings appears to be a major investment by a fair lender to allow TARM and ADIT the funds needed to do all the drilling required to prove/define resources in the ground.
