Emptynester1, you really don't know... It could be that after all the Chevron OBO-1 delays, the Nigerian and especially STP governments will pressure Sinopec to release results... STP wants results released so they can get some exposure prior to STP EEZ blocks.

Remember, drilling was accelerated when the Presidents of Nigeria and STP came out and said work needs to start now... So they have the power to force results...
