Pointing out that a company filed a Form D with a 504 for $1,000,000 in shares yesterday is only called bashing by pumpers. It's news and it's current and it's relevant.

However, continually pasting the same post on multiple message boards telling everyone how great a stock is doing when the pps is flat or down does make you a pumper. It's really a great day when you can buy for .0006 and sell for .0004.
