I couldn't say if the court case has any bearing on the conversion but I tend to doubt it.

I think it's a matter of preservation with insiders IMO. I think there’s no doubt that dilution will occur and the stock price will deteriorate greatly when it does. Imagine the impact. There are some underlying things that may still surface. For instance, remember the forward split? I think there are many folks out there who didn't get around to getting that done yet and I know Monmouth knows about them and must address these people when (if) this moves forward. Then there is a low rumble I've been hearing on a class action some folks are waiting yet to determine.

Right now you can't do anything until a determination is done.
