This may be somewhat of a lengthy post but bear with me. I’ve been reviewing and re-reviewing some of the past pr’s trying to get a better understanding about this company and the direction it’s headed.
Regarding the manufacturing facility in Georgia, they stated that they are accepting bids for construction. At this point they would have to have a completed set of plans, licenses and approvals from state, local, federal government, EPA, etc... They also know how many employees are needed based on the equipment required for production.
Based on production capacity and the wholesale price of their product (estimated capacity of several hundred thousand tons per year) assume 500K tons per year at $125/ton, is $62,500,000 in sales/year.
At 200 employees, for the area of the country, their payroll including fringe benefits should not exceed $16 million per year.
The profit margin would be 25% or better after other costs not listed here are included.
Anyone that has dealt with government red tape should know the amount of preparation and paperwork required for any kind of assistance or grant.
So in conclusion this is not a project that was thrown together overnight and I would speculate that they probably have some kind of funding available if they are accepting bids for construction.
This is just my take on the situation. All the calculations are just my assumptions. I can’t tell you what the pps will be tomorrow or next week, but this company has potential IMO.
Good luck to all of us.
