THINGS CMKX HAS TAUGHT US

1. Believe nothing from Melvin.
2. Believe nothing from the races.
3. Believe nothing from Topo.
4. Believe nothing from Raggs.
5. Believe no rumor emanating from Paltalk.
6. Believe no rumor based on the timing of any CMKX marketing event.
7. Believe no timeframe provided by ANYONE.
8. Believe nothing with the word "De Beers" in it.
9. Believe nothing with the words "tender offer" in it.
10. Believe nothing with the words "cash dividend" in it.
11. Believe nothing written by StockXXXXXXX (fill in the rag of your choice)
12. Believe nothing written by a basher posting over 10x per day
13. Believe nothing by someone who heard something from someone
14. Believe nothing scanned in to a jpeg and posted online

So who can you believe? Roger Glenn. What can you believe in? IMO, nothing but the faith that this man has put in place a plan to extract CMKX from the vice-like grip of probably one (or several) of the most powerful short entities today. You can PROBABLY also believe most of the PRs as they unfold (subject of course to dividend dates changing). The rest is up to you to piece together the VERY circumstantial evidence that is lining up and make your PERSONAL decision about whether you believe in Roger or not. Please note that virtually every rumor and belief has fallen to the wayside. So investing energy in proving or disproving them is useless.

Oh, and the only actual theory that has proven correct so far is my Popcorn theory which states "It is better to eat popcorn and enjoy the show than to try to predict what will happen next." LOL

Sorry but I just had to say all this. The last 2 weeks have seen a TON of new rumors and misinformation swirling around ALL OF WHICH SHOULD NOT BE BELIEVED. More will surface. More will prove untrue. Everyone assumed Urban's interview meant a filing was ready. Everyone assumed they moved the vegas registration date because "the bomb" would be dropped. The list goes on and on. Assume NOTHING except that you don't know when good things will happen. And if you believe that good things WILL happen even though you don't know when, you'll stay invested.

Good night. Go Red Sox.

Z

As always, these are my personal opinions.

Hopefully nobody in here is investing anything but "fun" money that they can afford to gamble with.
