Factors that Cascadia Investments, Inc. considers when selecting a property:

Cost of acquisition, (looking at the ibox examples, I would guess less than $5000)

Recent sales of comparable properties (same, about 5000)

Neighborhood demographics (from the colors they use...the Hood?)

Renovation expense (looks like they used the same bucket of paint on two of the houses...$20-40 dollars)

Resale or leasing potential (whoever will buy our one door, one window shacks)

Everything within the parentheses are my opinion.

At least they are honest with their examples and their filings.
