No! Based on the information it might look that way but the Actual Market does not even Open until 9:30 EST.

Secondly the ACTUAL Time shown for PELE is not accurate as the Real Time Level II show a Real Time Trade Time of 9:34:01AM and the Real Time Level II Trade Time for SMDI is actually at 9:35:59AM so in reality an actual difference in time of 1 Minute and 58 Seconds between those Trades.

My guess in the Delayed Registered Processing of those Trades on the Board they both showed up at the same time, probably at a given interval and probably along with range other Stocks that may have traded within that Interval.

It was a good thought though based on the information shown it might well have looked that way but not from what I can see.
