China is getting younger -

But, the US is getting dumber. I'm not speaking of the population as an average, but the top 10%. I challenge you to compare the top 10% on education. Not artificial eduction levels such as high school, engineering, etc., but ACTUAL levels of education. I bet Chinese elite don't play video games BEFORE they do their homework but after.
