I think we're stretching the analogy a little too far. The point is that AMD has absolutely nothing to lose. They are driving the Volkswagen while in the final stages of terminal cancer. What Intel stands to lose if they find themselves in front of a jury as gullible as our favorite antagonist here is impossible to estimate. They let O.J. go, they could find Intel guilty.
