I just called the Transfer Agent and was connected with Mikki, was her name. She said they didn't have an updated address for Ameritrade, to send the shares.

SO ANYONE NOT HAVING SHARES IT IS YOUR DUTY TOO CALL THE T/A AND GIVE THEM YOUR BROKERS ADDRESS. Apparently neither your Broker or the t/a is taking the necessary steps too settle this, so you might need too be proactive.
