The excercise price on the options will be the average of the closing prices on the 6th, 9th, 10th 11th and 12th. However, assuming they (the officers) have the will have the cash available on the 12th or 13th to make the buys, then they definitely do not want the opening price on the 13th to be lower than that average. As such, I expect a major PR late Thursday or early Friday to boost the price.
