DD that was done by Rainmaker months ago still exists. A+ CEO along with a very experienced team. They did raise the amount of shares which has caused the stock to fall, but that's only because they really had to - financing, marketing, stock warrants, etc. This is not a company looking to make a quick buck and be out a la SmarTalk. This is truly an investment which IMHO will only get better as years pass. A large reason for this is becuase the EMR/PHR, even after the govm't push, has still not picked up steam yet. A large reason for this is because of price & ease of use of current EMR systems being sold today. 2010 is really a big year for MMR as they will finally introduce their EMR system - MMR Pro. I still remain very confident in this company and look forward to the commercial release of MMR Pro in both the US and China.
