Homework, homework, homework. The shares float is available from Investorshub. The 80% insider ownership I remember from having read the lengthy SEC filings.

I can focus on Wellstone because I don't have many other companies to invest in at the time. Have to find some good ones out there at a time when the market seems shaky. If you have some prospects feel free to mention them. Solid companies only, I have enough with Wellstone as a starter and QTelevision.
