The same proccess may have been tried by PCBM..

and since a few of Rogers friends were lawyers over on that issue.. I suspect this is round two.....

funny how much about PCBM is sealed and unavalible to us under the FOI act.

I think the biggest strength of this go-round is the cach'e and allure of diamonds.

used cars.. did'nt quite provide the force ma-jour.
