His last company, all those shareholders were converted in JBII stock. Read em and weep....Those people who had the same faith in JB now only need JBII to go to $28 per share to break even. That's never going to happen imho.

Thanks, so they got 1 share of TRTN for every 60 shares of the old JBI which had around 58 million shares. Those people who paid .47 per share for the old JBI need $28 per share here to break even.

Under the terms of the Agreement, the Company will issue 809,593 shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Common Stock”) in consideration for the assets of JBI."
