Sorry to interrupt your important and relevant information, have the following information that I thought might be of interest.

1. I have confirmation that the tires are very much real and the lab test results are real too. I wasnt able to get a comment but the impression there is that this is something big.

2. The truck with the tires and the "validation on the road" is also real, apparently the director of the whole facility was there personally to watch.

3. There were also motorbikes (small ones 100cc) with tires being measured.

The procedure used is for checking new production tires, there is no procedure for checking tires with "recycled content" like this
