Lets get something straight - no one reads the damn news releases....

Novartis is NOT buying HTDS or Mellow Hope....however they ARE buying 85% stake in Zhejiang Tianyuan Bio-pharmaceutical.

Now, Mellow Hope, a subsidiary of HTDS which is the apparently the outsourced sales and marketing arm of Zhejiang Tianyuan Bio-pharmaceutical WILL stand to benefit off of Novartis buying stake in Zhejiang Tianyuan Bio-pharmaceutical since it is pumping in 125 million to expand presence in China...

how do you expand presence? Well, you obviously work with the sales and marketing arm of Zhejiang Tianyuan Bio-pharmaceutical to do this - which is Mellow Hope, which is a subsidiary of HTDS. Understand?

THIS IS GREAT NEWS FOR HTDS. But let me repeat, Novartis IS NOT BUYING HTDS OR MELLOW HOPE.
