Chart this and chart that....they have no money. They can get money one of two ways. They can sell the company, and it is worth about $30M right now,or they can do more toxic financing. Either way the current shareholders lose big.

If they sell the company outright, and you are investing for the science, you can buy the new company. If you are buying the pops and not the science, then you will have to start over with new DD on the new company.

If they do a new finance deal, it is just too easy. Sell, and wait for the stock to bottom. Then they will start pumping it again. That is the time to buy. Then sell as it moves up, and don't fall in love.

My opinion is that the science just can't make the jump from the test tube to the human body. It happens all the time, it is not their fault. They tried and failed (at least three failed PIII trials). The stuff does not want to work in humans. The biotech world is littered with stories like this. For every one DNDN there are 20 that just never make it. If it was easy we would all be living disease free to 120 years old. But it is not easy and a lot of companies fail.
