This is the part that I am concerned about.

"Should would maybe" not good words.

And the point is that this will not work for this year 2009 or 2010!

Because you have to forward sell the carbons as well!

and that is no easy feet at this time with the economy!

each carbon can go from $5.00 to $20.00 at this time!

There is no mention of how many carbons they would get!

And program is over usually 20 years!

The world Bank DOES NOT give ALL CREDITS OUT FIRST!!

Reason they want to make sure the PROJECT LASTS 20 YEARS!
