Exactly right .....

NO ... and I mean absolutely NOT ONE .. SEC-approved audit firm (especially the size of Schwartz Levitsky Feldman) is going to execute an Engagement Letter with a small bogus company that produces bogus PRs. They are just not going to risk their approval status with the SEC, their licensing and revenue from other clients. Since LDSR is working with the China office, I feel certain SLF can (and has) easily verified anything they need to know about LDSR.
