There has been too much press both locally and statewide with state and local officials commenting on Berlin getting this Biomass plant for an application not to be filed. Also, an election predicated on Laidlaw getting in Berlin also took place. One more thing, the donation to the hockey league. Why would any company go through all these hoops if they knew an application would not be filed. The application most definately will be filed.
