Its certainly a problem for daytraders. Can you imagine how much money the exchanges are throwing at their lobbies to get this thing killed?

Something like this, if passed, will certainly reduce the market volatility going forward. Buy and Hold might get a shot in the arm.

I'll go sign the petition now, even though I'm not what i'd call a 'daytrader'.
