The "gains they are touting" are formally documented. The fact that the FAA and DOT are cooperating with Baltia and are investing their resources in getting Baltia certified significantly outweighs your opinion.

There are a number of us shareholders out here on the west coast that are quietly waiting and watching, and have yet to get too excited, because Baltia IS making progress. I was in NYC recently, and visited the Baltia offices at JFK, and there were a number of people working diligently on the certification, and they are all paid up to date.
