Opportunity, I am not trading/adding or doing any of the sort.

I do agree that it is certainly positive that Moro was able to raise the $2.15 million. However, I do not agree that Moro will pay off Smithline. Smithline has probably already converted enough shares to reduce the loan to around $1.5 million. Smithline is obviously selling again today and will convert even more notes.

My guess is that Moro has persuaded some investors that he needs more money to sell Dog RECAF. There was no commission listed so this money was probably raised by Moro and not Paulson.

Still no news release so I suppose Moro may wait until tomorrow and get a bump on both days.
