That's alot of cash and will give new investors piece of mind that other investors that have done their due diligence are willing to put their money where their mouth is. Inverness can not make a move on us (buy us) with all the shares outstanding since the shareholder approval. Sale is not an option. I see .14 is the magic number. I am leaning toward agreement with Gold in that Smithline converts at .14 and we keep getting stuck there. If Dr Moro does not take at least half of that money and pay off Smithline he is naive to the effect that Smithline has had on the share price. I also believe that in addition to Smithline there is tremendous manipulation to rob longterm shareholders. If we indeed begin attaining revenues as Dr Moro has promised his investors we should be able to break out. It's all about execution. IMO, raising cash during the worst recession in 80 years and a total freeze in lending was a much more difficult task than setting up the logistics of Oncopet. Dr Moro has learned the hard way about the real world and the fact that he has been able to execute on all levels exudes confidence that he will continue to meet all remaining challenges. Number 1 on the list is pay off the shylocks.
