I would guess it has to be shorts. Don't know if you can short this one. But who would sell 250k @ .002 1st thing this a.m.? Granted, IDA is no Cat 5 but strong winds and rain will do damage, possibly setting up some work for NSMG. When you sandbag the ask by .005 it looks suspicious to me.
