IOVE is giving 1 for 1 div for every share of IOVE due to Richwood Eco Ventures aquisition. There will be NO increase in o/s until April 2010. The total number of common shares outstanding is 436,399,500. There will be no increase in shares until at least April 2010. It's not to late to get in, check this link...
