I agree, and it is entirely AK's fault that it has got to this stage. They have had it coming they should have seen that. Anyway, there is a long timeframe involved in these sorts of things, IF he launches as promised and the model works that will be apparent or not before any action commenced. I'm not particularly concerned about it for the next few weeks.
