Unfounded? Read the SEC postings again and those by kkgd. Peter was like a crack addict going again and again to Carnes and friends like an ATM machine. If you notice the issuance pps it was clear he was selling investors down the river. Then almost wiped us out with a threatened reverse (cancelled)...

Fortunatly none of that matters now. The stock is becoming tradable again with folks talking huge profits. This run up to .0014 is just a blip on the screen. The real moves are ahead in months to come as news unfolds.

However a profit is a profit and should never be ignored - especially with this stocks history and red flags. This could be a nice little cash cow.
