Great Post, I made a similar post earlier yesterday. I’m a General Contractor that specializes in the Oil Industry and to think BEHL could compete with the oil giants is laughable. I would like to see a completed PBR and for Dennis remain mute till that occurs. Merging with RWE is probably just effort to get away from California, a truly wise move would be to scrap all plans in California and move the operations to South Texas. Texas has a much better business environment and plenty of land that is baron along the border and can be purchased cheap. I have worked in California where environmental compliance was necessary and impossible.

Once again I ask, did Dennis say that if he had 500 acres of PBR he could not fill his customers needs or Purchase
